Aminserve uses CoinPayments as coin gateway to accept all regular cryptocurrencies. When you choose cryptocurrencies for your invoice, you will be redirected to a page with a list of accepted coins and your name/emails address is also in that page.
Once your payment confirmed (you should receive payment confirmation email from “aminserve.com”), we usually send the service details within a couple of hours.
Troubleshooting:
-I sent less than the amount I had to sent:
Send the remaining amount to the same address.
-I have not received any email from CoinPayments:
Check your spam/junk folder. If there were nothing there, contact CoinPayments.
-I sent the payment but did not receive any payment confirmation email from CoinPayments:
Wait for 8 hours and the contact CoinPayments.
-I received payment confirmation email from CoinPayments, but no payment confirmation email from Aminserve yet:
Wait for an hour and then contact us.
